I bought a freezer today . . . kind of random, I know. But I was trolling my favorite classifieds site and found a small, inexpensive one for sale. See, this is why I love online classifieds. I've been fantasizing about a freezer for a month or so, but couldn't justify spending the money on a new one. But here one practically dropped in my lap. I'm super-excited about cooking lots of food at once. My little freezer on top of my fridge just couldn't handle all that, especially with a roommate. One of my friends and I were discussing have "cooking parties," where we'd all bring the ingredients to make several meal sizes of one dish and then trade the dishes so we each got lots of different food with minimal effort. Sounds like a plan to me! If you have any good freezer recipes, pleas, pass them along! :)
